Eduardo Alonso Rodríguez has been immersed in the world of flair since 1999, embarking on a remarkable journey that led him to achieve great success. With an impressive track record, he has earned five national championships and secured the prestigious title of world champion in 2017.

Throughout his career, Eduardo has showcased his flair skills in various international competitions, leaving a mark in renowned locations such as Las Vegas, Italy, Greece, China, Bulgaria, Peru, Finland, and more. His talent and passion have taken him around the globe, captivating audiences and earning recognition for his exceptional flair techniques.

In 2009, Eduardo realised his vision of sharing his expertise by establishing his own cocktail academy. For nearly a decade, the academy provided comprehensive training for both individuals and businesses, becoming a hub for aspiring mixologists. Eduardo’s dedication and mastery of mixology allowed him to collaborate with major hotel chains in the Canary Islands, Spain, and the Balearic Islands, designing captivating cocktail menus that complemented their culinary offerings.

Inspired by the success and growing demand for Eduardo’s inventive cocktail creations, the doors of Nebula Restaurant & Cocktail Bar were opened in 2007. Nebula became a haven where discerning patrons could relish in the perfect harmony of exquisite cuisine and impeccably crafted cocktails. Nebula quickly gained recognition for its commitment to quality and its ability to create unforgettable dining experiences.

Building upon the triumph of Nebula and driven by the desire to expand their creative horizons, Eduardo and his team proudly unveiled Eden Cocktail & Gin Club in June 2023. Eden represents the next chapter in their journey, offering a captivating fusion of refined gastronomy and Eduardo’s signature cocktail innovations. It is a testament to their commitment to pushing boundaries and providing guests with an extraordinary sensory adventure.
